ABSTRACT
How well people learn, not how training is conducted is the measure of successful training. Prior to being able to decide on a class format, solid audience definition must be performed because expectations are critical to success. Once expectations are determined, the best way to transfer the needed knowledge and skills can be decided. This article discusses the differences between instructor led and computer based instruction for training.
