ABSTRACT
The library’s partnership in the academic enterprise is a worthy goal, but the pursuit of partnership extracts a price. This article describes the individual and organizational costs, as well as the dividends, identified by the Arizona State University West Campus Library as it has taken advantage of unique opportunities to play a partnership role.
