ABSTRACT
In today’s world, everything is changing and in flux. Technology is moving at an ever-increasing pace, new materials and processes are always being invented and tested out. We must always remember five key principles as we navigate this constantly changing landscape:
Technology may advance, but the basics stay. This handbook is intended to help give you the basics. The basics of sound engineering and logic coupled with hard work will get you out of a lot of tight spots
Never stop learning. The world moves ever faster, and as it does it opens opportunities to explore and learn. Knowledge and the willingness to learn and try new things are very powerful
People, and how you work with them, will be a factor in your success. Respect and understanding of others go a long way
Always remember that combining different views can lead to the next breakthrough. Listen to others and observe. You learn more by listening and asking for clarification, than you do by talking. Inspiration and understanding can come in many forms
Give credit where credit is due, recognize the success of others, and appreciate the help you receive along the way. Relationships matter as much as technical expertise.
