A resolution to the problem is more likely if the owner can pinpoint the stressor, but perhaps she should consider moving the rabbit to a more secure location at night. A garage or utility room provides the obvious answer. Failing that, perhaps the owner should consider covering up the hutch with tarpaulin at night to enable the rabbit to feel more secure.
