Nowadays the negative factors of technological, natural and terrorist character are the most hazardous threats for people’s safety.
Safety system modification of the subway, transport tunnels, communication collectors and other underground city facilities as objects of a higher risk is directed to lowering the level of technological catastrophes and fires in the city tunnels that may lead to mass casualties and transport collapse.
