ABSTRACT
Doosti Dam is located at 260 km from the north-East of Mashhad city on the border of Iran and Turkmenistan. This dam is constructed by two countries at 2004 on Harirrud River and supplied agricultural water of two countries and drinkable water of Mashhad city. Doosti Earth fill Dam has 78 m height and 700 m crest length. water intake system of dam has 50 m3/s capacities and is included Intake Tower with 54 m height, Vertical Shaft with 24 m depth and transmission galleries. Doosti Dam and Intake Tower are shown in figure 1. [1].
