ABSTRACT

Due to an increase in kidney disease patients, the government made all kinds of health education knowledge advocacy activities. However, the information required validation, and could not be effectively queried, preventing the effective prevention and treatment of kidney disease from being expanded. Therefore, this research proposes a ‘Kidney Prevention Information Website’ to: (1) speed up the spread of kidney health education knowledge; (2) avoid the problems caused by false information; (3) ensure that it is easy to inquire and consult. This research uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to capture the users’ behavioral intention in using every Kidney Prevention Information Website, and utilizes qualitative research to: (1) explore system development factors against the factors affecting behavioral intention; (2) simultaneously establish Prevention Phase/Architecture. With this architecture, we collect and analyze more kidney disease knowledge in order to successfully acquire knowledge of each prevention phase. The above qualitative research leads the way to successful system development. Finally, to ensure the benefit of the system results, this research sets up satisfaction questionnaire architecture with qualitative research to survey the network. After the satisfaction survey, this research finds that there is high satisfaction in the website in the seven dimensions: system design, system operation, information content, interactive mechanism, system mechanism, self-learning, and kidney disease knowledge.
