ABSTRACT

High-ranking management team is like a helmsman to guide enterprises to move towards better and successful future. High-ranking managers are really important for business operation. This research using anticipatory computing of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to predict high-ranking managers’ competency model, in which three dimensions and twelve criteria are conducted as evaluation standard. The results indicate that high-ranking managers’ competency is critical to determine whether businesses can have sustainable development. High-ranking managers not only should have professional knowledge and skills but also should work hard to improve their competence through continuous learning, if they expect to keep enterprises developed sustainably.
