ABSTRACT

Lots of studies have been conducted to study how corporate culture affects business management. That the issue regarding how corporate culture impacts enterprise innovation is important. The present study will analyze the factors that facilitate big enterprises become leading and innovative companies. Besides, the reasons why the big enterprises create innovative ideas and how they apply innovative ideas to form unique corporate culture will also be explored. Based on the analysis, we can find that a company’s success lies in successful implementation of innovative ideas and willingness to face challenges. All employees should regard corporate innovation as their shared values and face internal and external challenges. By being innovative will help companies keep competitive without doubts.
