ABSTRACT
In China, the journal industry has the problems like extensive operation, low-level repeated construction and lack of innovation. In order to meet the challenge of new media, the journal industry will adopt the development path of creative industry, designing a new mode of cluster, taking the latest information technical means, combining the characteristics of audience, organization and structure to embark on a new way of development.
