ABSTRACT
Here, the Pemberton osteotomy(acetabuloplasty) is an incomplete osteotomy with the use of a tricortical trapezoidal iliac graft with the triradiate cartilage acting as a hinge when the acetabular roof is rotated anteriorly and laterally to provide sufficient coverage of the acetabular roof.
