ABSTRACT
The issue of calculating the prices of construction works, budgeting bidding and contract prices for construction production, are activities considered time and professionally extremely demanding. The aim of the calculations used in construction is determining the amount of the price or the cost of partial or final production. From existing documents and respecting the specifics of construction production. These specifications must be respected and considered in the valuation process. The processor of the budget or of the calculations must have at its disposal an enough range of relevant data and information and support system with the appropriate databases. The processor of the budget often is not able to identify the material or design of the construction. Therefore, as an example in the paper, the trellis is solved on the facade of a building. Individual calculation must not violate the basic calculation principle that only economically justifiable costs can be deducted in the price but only once.
