ABSTRACT
This chapter covers exactly how a referral of a dispute should be made and what it should contain along with examples showing the reader what these documents look like. An actual referral is shown as an example putting all of the theory into perspective in a single document. Also provided are samples of preliminary matters the dispute board needs to have to proceed and checklists to use and samples of various related items and documents to be submitted along with needed lists for the dispute board to use to process the dispute successfully.
