ABSTRACT
An essential part of the operation of any dispute board are regular site visits and this chapter covers, in detail, what to do, how to do it and what records should be kept and why. Samples of documents that can be used, the format for site visit reports is shown, establishing an agenda and how to process the site visit are all covered including handling hostile parties, taking evidence during a site visit, processing the information and issuing the Site Visit Report, including actual samples of such reports.
