Discovering the unconscious patterns of a national culture through a large group of psychotherapists and group analysts in Finland

The large group described in this chapter manifests the connections between the individual and collective cultural identity, the social unconscious of the contextual society and its shared traumas, and the sub-divisions of the social system of that society. All of these on the canvas of personal, ethnic, national and international history! This description of my large group work in Finland is also meant to communicate what I regard as the multidisciplinary mindset required to do group-analytically and ethnographically-inspired organizational work (Wilke, 2014).
