ABSTRACT

The purpose of the study is to analyze the selection process and the knowledge that sport and physical activity (SPA) human resources have about different and fundamental processes that affect them. The specific objectives of this research are to describe and analyze the recruitment process and the instruments used during the selection process of the SPA human resources in Spain, describe the SPA human resources’ knowledge in Spain about organizational philosophy, organization charts, job description, and the performance appraisal, and analyze the SPA human resources’ knowledge in Spain about organizational philosophy, organization charts, job description, and the performance evaluation according to the organization type.
