ABSTRACT
A 5-year-old boy is brought into the department by his father with bleeding from his right nostril. He is slightly wooden in appearance but he assures you he is a real boy. You check his observations and note that he is haemodynamically stable with no tachycardia or hypotension. You examine his elongated nose to look for a bleeding point.
