ABSTRACT
An evil astronaut presented to the GP with a few month history of dysphagia and weight loss. He felt like food was getting stuck in his throat on swallowing. He is an ex heavy smoker and his only other medical history to note is that he suffered severe burns to his lower limbs as a young adult, requiring extensive grafting. Although the room is well lit, he prefers to sit on the dark side.
