ABSTRACT
Your consultant asks you to go and give your new Foundation doctor, Dr Reaper, a hand. He has been bleeped repeatedly by the bereavement office as there is a backlog of death certificates to complete following his weekend on call on the geriatric wards. On arrival to the bereavement office, you find Grim looking very stressed, surrounded by patient notes. You also make a mental note to discuss Grim’s health with his supervisor, as he seems very skinny and withdrawn.
