ABSTRACT
An American millionaire engineer visits you complaining of lethargy. He has been increasingly tired and finding it difficult to work as a crime fighting superhero. He tells you his father suffered from a similar problem. You remove his heavy metal suit to examine him and note a slate grey colour of the skin. After a thorough systemic examination, you suspect a diagnosis of haemochromatosis.
