ABSTRACT
A local pirate is brought in by ambulance to your emergency department. He has recently returned from a sailing holiday in the Caribbean. He is accompanied by another crew member, who smells strongly of rum. On questioning, he is not able to hold a conversation and he believes himself to be aboard his ship, ‘The Jolly Roger.’ He is able to follow commands, although rambles about travelling to the far end of the world.
