ABSTRACT
Count Dracula, a 55-year-old man, is transferred from the nurse-led Day Case Unit to the emergency department. He was receiving a transfusion as he was found to be anaemic and was given one unit of blood group A. He appears confused and aggressive and has been trying to bite members of staff.
