ABSTRACT

The particle size of a poly-N-vinyl pyrrolidone oximo-L-valylsiliconate (POVS) macromolecule. The size is normalized when an adequate number of POVS macromolecules are stabilized. A comparatively higher population of POVS becomes an almost straight line because the coalescence gets saturated and as per its molecules becomes stabilized. The molecules show variable behavior so several physicochemical properties are measured for better explanations of their interaction, which help in designing better applications. The depsurvismeter basically measures the density, potential, surface tension, and viscosity of liquid samples together for a better and clear understanding of the dissolution or dispersion of molecules like drugs or the dispersion of dendrimers. Techniques and parameters like microfluidization, high- pressure homogenization, low-energy emulsification, and solvent evaporation are used for nanoemulsion characterization like droplet size analysis, viscosity determination, drug content, refractive index, pH, zeta potential, thermal stability, release, and in vitro skin permeation study.
