We Should Not Want New Teachers to Fall in Line – We Need New Teachers to Form New Lines.

Many educators are very proud of their schools. And they should be. We have so many wonderful things going on in education. It is truly amazing. And each year most schools have new faculty and staff members join the group. We want people to fit in to help us sustain the excellence that is taking place in our schools. However, it is important that we not lose sight of what energy and excitement new people can bring to an organization – even one that is already firing on all cylinders. They need to take us places we have never been before.
