ABSTRACT
Have you ever heard a staff member say, “That’s not my problem?” Are teachers comfortable retreating into the isolation of their classroom and doing their own thing? Hopefully, not. The best faculties function as a team – as a cohesive unit. Teachers are invested in one another and in the success of the school. They understand that they are not my kids, your kids, or their kids; they are OUR kids.
