ABSTRACT

People with an abundance mindset adopt an open and curious attitude toward knowledge; they are keen to be continually updated. People with an abundance mindset know they must first become more knowledgeable in order to become more successful. People with an abundance mindset also gather insights from formal or informal feedback from interactions with different company stakeholders. People with a prosperity mindset are prone to go though both simple and generative learning. People with a prosperity mindset know that all circumstances, negative and positive, are stepping stones on their learning journey. People with an abundance mindset realise that their business ventures are not destinations themselves, but instead valuable development processes. A company with a prevalent abundance mindset tends to analyse uncertain scenarios in a provisional or tentative manner. Business people with a prosperous mindset never give up or get stopped by uncertain scenarios.
