ABSTRACT
A 17-year-old woman was brought to the emergency department after collapsing at a nightclub. Her friend reported that she had taken an ecstasy tablet 2 h earlier. The patient’s friend stated that they had both consumed alcohol but denied the use of other recreational drugs. The patient had a witnessed tonic clonic seizure shortly after the ambulance service arrived.
