ABSTRACT
A 68-year-old woman presented to hospital with a 3-day history of shortness of breath and a dry cough. Her past medical history included chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Her only regular medications are a salbutamol inhaler and a corticosteroid inhaler. She had no known drug allergies.
