ABSTRACT
This chapter focuses on the Heart and Soul Led (HASL) model of Heart Led Psychotherapy, which supports clients who wish to start living life through their heart and soul. The HASL model also incorporates the spiritual belief that blocks and restrictions may occur at a soul level. The HASL model therefore includes the option of soul therapies that clients can consider undertaking if this resonates with their spiritual beliefs e.g. Akashic Records, shamanic journeying and soul retrieval, and past life regression which are different spiritual techniques that are believed to be able to identify, clear and heal soul level blocks and restrictions. This chapter also provides an overview on some of the beliefs held about the origin of souls, including information about how souls work together in soul groups in order to support each other in their life lessons. Details of how to introduce the idea of soul level work, including a script on how to introduce the Akashic Record healing with clients is provided. Karmic relationships are also discussed and illustrated with a case example.
