ABSTRACT

The modern struggle over a progressive technological and economic paradise seems to have been lost for all members of global society — for the upper class in North America, Europe, and Japan; for the middle class in Asia; and for the lower class in Africa and Latin America. An initial outline of the foreseeable anabasis of our dynamics of civilization – scene: the world – may be drawn by examining the Atlantic Treaty partners Europe and the United States. Europe, the USA, and Japan, with growth rates of between 2.5 per cent and 5 percent, are high priests of progress moving on the platform of the economic sun pyramid. The economic success story of Europe concerning the provision, sacrifice and utilization of victims. The United States sees its prime aim as the struggle to find answers to the economic challenge posed by its Pacific partner Japan and its Atlantic partner Europe.
