V. Kabaidze Censures Industry and the Economy

Vladimir Kabaidze's speech was one of the most striking at the conference. Apparently unused to speaking before imposing audiences, Kabaidze, occasionally confused and overexcited, vividly described the poor state of the Soviet economy.
