ABSTRACT
The special psychiatric hospital was quite recently established in the town of Dnepropetrovsk, within the confines of the town prison. The white brick wall surrounding it is topped with three rows of barbed wire. A second wall, also with barbed wire on top, is visible behind the outer wall, and behind that is a red-brick building, with a white square block rising in the centre. This is the Dnepropetrovsk psychiatric prison.
