ABSTRACT
In the field of national report centres, it is for security reasons almost impossible for nationals of one country to have detailed knowledge of the experience and problems of report centres in another country. For this reason efforts were made over several months to find a North American author of suitable experience to collaborate in writing this monograph, but all the people approached were too busy to accept another task.
