ABSTRACT
This chapter frames the conversation, provides operational definition from multi-discipline perspectives for gender, race, identity, indigeneity, and diversity (GRIID) research, and explores a context for connecting the terms within GRIID research by conducting a qualitative research to illustrate the point.
