ABSTRACT
On her return home it was manifest how profound was the change produced in Elvira by her first Communion; she was humble, obedient, full of reverence and respect for her parents, whose blessing she never failed to ask before going out, especially in the morning, a practice she always observed until she left home for the cloister. Every day she made her meditation and examination of conscience as she had been taught to do by the sisters.
