ABSTRACT

A Quality Assurance representative is important when decisions are being made for project communication of processes that are being performed and knowing that schedules are being met. Effective Methods for Quality Assurance direction provide an understanding and importance of critical factors such as planning, design, requirements, configuration management, integration, testing, subcontractors, and quality. The primary purpose for the implementation of Effective Methods for Quality Assurance direction increases communication, knowledge, and the visibility into the software life cycle of operations. The Effective Quality Assurance methods and directions are an integral part scheduled and performed by Quality Assurance personnel for program and/or project-level activities on an on-going basis. The Quality Assurance representative must solve process issues and concerns and participate in reviews and audits and witness all tasks and activities. The Quality Assurance representative must provide assistance and help program and project managers look good and become successful, but they need to listen and understand the roles and responsibilities of quality.
