ABSTRACT

Quality Assurance (QA) plans provide details of the overall approach to QA activities and how the project defines, implements, and assure quality for companies, institutions, military programs, and successful business processes. The QA Plans provide communication for project teams, including the managers, developers, test analysts, technical writers, functional analysts, and users to describe the structure of the organization responsible for QA. Management services are responsible for the process component of QA, and the evaluation of the product should be done within projects and by joint customer/developer reviews. The purpose of QA plans provide education and learning by ensuring a level of quality in all products and services to be able to build a positive plan for reliability and consistency. Analytical skills are important to know how to write and document QA plans to figure out how processes are to be implemented and used.
