ABSTRACT

Quality Assurance Process Execution is where tasks, activities, and work will get done. Quality Assurance representatives (QAR) should gather information on the progress from management, team members, and employees to form a bond by working together. In order to establish an effective infrastructure, the Quality Assurance process environment must have in place a management, organizational, and technical infrastructure. Companies, institutions, military programs, and successful business companies should take an approach to converting Quality Assurance processes into an improvement action plan to specify steps to be followed to develop process improvement. Managers seeking QARs should make sure that qualifications may be necessary so that tasks and activities are performed per process evaluation and have a fill for understanding all Quality Assurance responsibilities. Quality Process Infrastructure is a very important activity and a basic structural foundation as an underlying framework for companies and institutions including policies, standards, training, and applicable tools needed for supporting day-to-day performance.
