ABSTRACT

The possibilities are considered of polarisation analysis and wavelet analysis of the coordinate distributions of azimuths and ellipticity of the polarisation of laser images of blood plasma of healthy and cancer patients. A set is determined of statistical, correlation and fractal parameters of polarisation parameter distributions and set of statistical, correlation and fractal parameters of wavelet coefficient distributions that characterise different scales of geometric sizes of polycrystalline amino acid networks. Criteria for differentiating the processes of birefringence transformation of the optical anisotropic structures of blood plasma at different scales are established.
