ABSTRACT
Reconstruction of gene regulatory networks is one of the most common complex biology problems, the solution of which is principally for the creation of new drugs. The task of reconstruction of the gene regulatory network presented in the form of the S-system is considered. A hybrid algorithm based on the clonal selection method and differential evolution is proposed as well. Comparative tests of the influence of various DE-mutation schemes on the quality of the solutions obtained are carried out.
