ABSTRACT

People are the most critical resources for enterprises to maintain their competitiveness. Talents, namely knowledge employees, are the most urgent human resources in enterprises. Chinese enterprises have faced to change themselves to cope with rapid economic development. The present study was to investigate the factors affecting the loss of knowledge workers in terms of enterprise attributes, organizational management, internal relations, personal needs and job attributes. Through the measurement of relative weights of all factors, the results indicated the key factors of leaking knowledge workers. The suggestions are provided to enterprises to reduce the flow away in order to maintain sustainable development of employees.
