ABSTRACT
With the continuous development trend of beautiful rural construction and the cultural tourism industry, local governments and commercial organizations are actively promoting the construction of beautiful villages with leisure and industrial characteristics, and then promoting local characteristic industrial towns. Their intentions are eager and diverse. However, the resource problem still exists, and the actual effect has not been revealed. At the same time, cultural tourism has attracted the attention of tourism consumers and their ancillary service facilities. There is a need to know how to combine agricultural and cultural, ecological, leisure, and holiday industries with multi-functional characteristics. Environmental planning and design propose the staged requirements of the type. This study defines twenty environmental planning design resource assessments from the influential factors of resource integration, environmental planning, and design resource assessment for sustainable management to create the optimal value orientation of beautiful rural life. Decision-making considerations are presented, followed by the survey method for the evaluation of the design of different professional positions.
