ABSTRACT
Processes can be looked at as something that gets hard-wired into organizations, similar to what happens inside our brains. Our brains are hard-wired to analyze information coming into our senses and, based on pattern recognition, will stimulate a response. An example is that touching a hot stove with your hand causes you to pull the hand away quickly. We know that a hot surface will cause us pain.
