ABSTRACT
To establish a clear and comprehensive prohibition of discrimination on the basis of disability.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
(a) Short Title-This Act may be cited as the ‘Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990’.
