ABSTRACT
In this chapter, we present investigations related to the relationship of twosided ideals of a near ring N to those of a matrix near ring Mn(N).
We recall the notation for a Cartesian product of n copies of a set: if L is a subset of N, then Ln denotes the Cartesian product of n copies of L (n is a positive integer).
