ABSTRACT
The sections in this chapter deal with procedures for investigating the pathways used in biodegradation and biotransformation. They cover brie„y several applications of isotopes, and of nondestructive physical methods for structure determination that include NMR, EPR, and x-ray crystallographic analysis.
