ABSTRACT

A relentless barrage of “why’s” is the best way to prepare your mind to pierce the clouded veil of thinking caused by the status quo. Use it often.

Strategic planning often refers to what the overall goal is for a department, organization, or company. Strategic planning can include a company’s plan to increase market share, enter a new market, or introduce a new product. In strategic planning, the plan asks the generic question, “Where does the company want to be next year, in 3 years, in 5 years?” In many cases of strategic planning, companies will identify specific goals and measurements including identifying the company’s visions, missions, and values.
