ABSTRACT
Electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopy is a valuable technique for the study of biopolymer dynamics and structure. Speci•c examples illustrate how continuous wave (CW) EPR can be used to study RNA structural dynamics, that is, how information about motion can give insight into RNA-small molecule and RNAprotein interactions.
