ABSTRACT
Like the particles seen entering the eye, this phenomenon was first discovered while looking for white particles emerging from the eyes. The translucent bands are most likely a continuation of the bands of keratin-microorganism complex that are also traveling through the epidermis of the feet as discussed in chapter 7. The evidence for this assertion is discussed in Chapter 12.
