ABSTRACT
The phenomenon of particles exiting the feet was the most common phenomenon observed as well as the most difficult to argue has actually occurred. The reason it is difficult to argue is that it is easy to dismiss the video evidence as dust particles blowing in the breeze. Despite this, it is hoped that the evidence presented here will demonstrate that particles are exiting the feet in the presence of vaporized cocaine.
